How can I support?
Sending a donation enables BIB to run and make it long-term sustainable. BIB is dedicated to connecting, uplifting, and supporting the Black community and your support allows me to continue to do so. Donate via here.
How often do you update?
BIBPRESENTS is ran voluntarily by one person, so updates happen as regularly as possible—typically every few weeks. Thanks for your patience and support; it helps keep BIB going sustainably.
Can I submit an event?
Yes! I share weekly and monthly roundups of Black and Black-Mixed art, culture, and events on my site and socials. To submit, visit the submissions page. Please note submission doesn’t guarantee promotion. For feed-related inquiries, email info@blackinbritain.uk.
What types of events does BIBPRESENTS host?
I host film screenings, social nights, community walks and more—all celebrating culture and connection.
Who can attend events hosted by BIBPRESENTS?
BIBPRESENTS is for everyone! Events are open, inclusive spaces where people from all walks of life come together to connect, learn, and celebrate diversity.
How can I get involved?
There are so many ways to be part of the fun! Come to our events, volunteer your time, share your ideas, collaborate with us—or even take the stage! Just head over to our contact page and let’s talk about how you can join BIBPRESENTS.
Are your events just for the Black British community?
Nope! While BIBPRESENTS is proudly Black British-led, our events are for everyone. We celebrate various cultures and backgrounds, and we love bringing people together to connect, share, and have a good time.
Where are your events usally held?
Mostly around London—for now! Check each event for the exact spot. Dreaming of taking things wider soon!
Can I suggest ideas or themes for future events?
Yes, please! Always up for fresh ideas. If you’ve got a theme or concept you’d love to see, hit me up through the contact page— all ears and love building things with the community.
Do I need to buy tickets in advance, or can I get them on the day?
Highly recommend grabbing your tickets in advance—as events can sell out quickly! There are also ticket swaps, so join the whatsapp community. Just check the event page on our website for the latest info
Why don't you post more things outside of London?
Due to limited research time, I’m unable to invest large amount of time to deep dive into finding events and shows happening across the UK.
